To become a Member of UTM " THE PROCESS "

Be dedicated, discipline, passionate, for the Performing Arts.
Artistes must attend one of the International Seminars to develop skills, techniques and gain knowledge for the International Industry.
Agreement between Artistes and Manager for Twelve(12) Months Artistes pictures, track, or musical piece will be hosted on website. Artistes will be chosen/selected  for go to phase (11) of UTM Carib Stars Academy.

How to Join UTM?

(1)  You must Attend one of our International Seminars/ Workshop or pay a Fee of $ 1,000.00 

(2)  You must be Selected Trained, Groomed to meet the International Standard

(3)  Answer the Questionnaire Talent Form ( Use the same format ) 

Future Plans with UTM

STAGE (1) 

(1) To host an International Seminar for all Performance Artistes ( with both Local & International Presenters)
(2) To select members from Seminar to become a Member of UTM, and also be on our Website
(3) To groom, train, educate, in all areas for the selected members
(4) Once every 3 months International trainers will be in TNT to observe / train / develop his/her skills 
(5) Networking with Foreign Performance  Academy & Colleges allowing our Artistes International Standards   

STAGE (2)

(1) From seminar persons ( MUSIC/ VOICE ) will be selected to to be on Carib Star Academy ( TV Series )
(2) Training / Education will also be in this programme

STAGE (3)

(1) To create events for our Artistes to perform Locally
(2) To create showcase event for Artiste to perform in other Caribbean Countries
(3) To network with other International events to showcase events with TNT VS other Countries  or Caribbean Vs other Countries

STAGE (4)

To take UTM's  to other Caribbean Countries which allow Opportunities and Tourism     
  

Target Market

In examining our market analysis we have defined the following groups as our targeted segments:


• Gender: Both males and females, though we expect a slight skew towards    females simply because of the perceived larger opportunity window for    females than males in entertainment.

• Individuals involved/ wishing to get involved in the entertainment industry    singers, dancers, actors, models, song writers, instrumentalists,    broadcasting, Project Managers, Video / Music Production
